This November we are very proud to announce that we will be taking part in the ‘November 3000 push up challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust. 4 members of the MRT team will be doing 3,000 push ups each in order to help raise money towards a great cause. With varying ranges of fitness between them, it will be a race to see who can complete the challenge first.
